Deathnotice (Admin & Superadmin)

My suggestion is:
My suggestion is only so admins and superadmin can see the deathnotice when its 
turned off so if someone massivly RDM, admins will know about it and then 1 
less minges around after ban xD

Why this should be in DarkRP by default and not a third party addon:
im not really sure xD since you can turn deathnotice on and off thru darkrp 
maybe?

Would be good if you modified this to also show in the top right corner as if 
the setting was turned on.

It works perfectly its really sweet, but yeah just 1 thing i dont know if it is 
possible tho "[KmZ]KaMiKaZe was killed by prop_physics with prop_physics"

Possible to make that show who owned the prop that killed the player?

Otherwise screw it, its good anyways you can see if someone gets propkilled and 
start investigate like usually :P
