Anti Prop Kill/Surf Problem #65

This system currently now doesn't function well as when you enable it,when 
people build their props dissapear into the ground because its no collided 
with world.I recommend it making so it only no-collides with player.

Props don't disappear in the ground because they teleport out of the ground 
when an 
attempt is made to put a prop in the ground.

If I make it so it only no collides with players, people can still push other 
people's 
props and minge with that.

Well props do actually dissapear.Lets say you start building a house and yuo 
start 
moving the walls,walls start to dissapear half way into the ground if something 
else is 
welded to them.I many people told me about this problem.
