Tons of propblems

What is the problem?
MySQL is bugged. Getting errors like:
07/27/12 10:05:20   MySQL Error: TRIGGER command denied to user 
'****'@'*******.internap-nyc.nfoservers.com' for table 'darkrp_position'

07/27/12 10:06:11   MySQL Error: Table '*****.FAdmin_PlayerGroup' doesn't exist 
(Does exist very sure.)

First problem causes that my jailpositions don't save. The second problem is 
that none of the FADmin settings save. FPP settings don't save either, causing 
me to add all blocked models each time the server starts, disable spam 
protection (dupes) and more.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Just boot up the server, SVN version of DarkRP.

Do you have any errors? serverside or clientside? If you do, which ones?
the ones I posted above. The position one will only come up once, the others 
are more common in the logs.

Are you using the downloaded version or an SVN revision (if SVN, which
revision number)?
The lastest. Not sure which revision number, I update it every day, atleast 
checking for updates.

Please provide any additional information below.
I can't find any other people with the same problem.

go to your sql server, enter SHOW PRIVILEGES, give me the output.
