Disabling the new menu that appears when you right click a prop #912

My suggestion is:
Have some sort of option to toggle whether players are able to right click a 
prop and ignite, drive the prop.. I think this is something that really 
shouldn't be in DarkRP.

Why this should be in DarkRP by default and not a third party addon:
It can/will cause a huge amount of minges.

Note:
I'm not sure if I'm missing something and I can turn this option off in a 
Garry's Mod config if I am please tell me how to do so.
