Normal players cant pick stuff up #966

DarkRP bug

Players cannot pick up money printers or dropped money or guns with there 
gravity gun unless they're admin. I've reinstalled the server with no addons 
etc and it's like this So i know it's nothing I've added, anyone know a script 
or can make a script to fix this?
