Ctrl+Enter with hardware keyboard on android does not evaluate #1134

I am trying strudel on android with a hardware keyboard connected. Everything looks ok, but seems like keybindings are not attached... maybe because using a hardware keyboard isn't supported yet? Happy to open a PR and fix it but wanted to be sure I am right about the issue
