improve sounds tab #422

[x] fix https://github.com/tidalcycles/strudel/issues/268
[ ] show which samples are loaded in heap
[ ] show which samples are cached in service worker (offline)
[x] can click samples to listen
[ ] find a better way to group banks
[ ] find a way to make all ns browsable
[ ] search function

edit: following https://github.com/tidalcycles/strudel/pull/839#issuecomment-1849117965 , here are some ideas:

[ ] show which samples have been loaded from disk
[ ] allow the user to delete samples that have been loaded from disk

there could be a detail view for each sound, allowing you to preview all files in a folder / potentially see waveforms and active playheads
