0.9 travis cache #20

this pull request will avoid travis rebuilds of the tidal dependency every time.

cache should get invalidated on a new push to the tidal-0.9-dev branch

yes please, I hope we'll soon have the ci for tidal-midi working (might look into using stack in travis to allow building against a git revision of tidal)
