I found out why the SuperDirt Synths do not work at my computer and after I fixed it decided to document it.

Looks good. Could you please add the bit about sc3-plugins to the _getting_started/installation/index.md as well? There's a note there for Windows users that perhaps should have a companion note for Mac and Linux about the plugins.
