P1-[4.0 bug hunting]-[Dashboard]-Missing TiFlash in dashboard cluster info hosts disk column

1. What did you do?

deply a cluster in Tencent Cloud with tiup cluster
visit dashboard -- cluster info -- hosts

2. What did you expect to see?

TiFlash is displayed in its corresponding node

3. What did you see instead?

No TiFlash is displayed

4. What version of TiDB are you using? (`tidb-server -V` or run `select tidb_version();` on TiDB)
