Weightgurus api call improvements

The big fix here is only requesting from the Weight Gurus API the data in the period we want to display.

• Less data over the wire is always good
• Over time you can reach a limit on records returned, it's oldest first, and there's no pagination, so your Tidbyt is just stuck showing stale data forever.

Also includes better messaging on api errors, some TODO removal and cleanup, and removal of config options that don't work given the above API limitations.
