修改钓鱼插件的状态卡住同步适配器 #36

就会一直在那旋转，然后其他新的要栏加载的条目点开内容就是空的一直卡着不加载

通过 https://github.com/tiddly-gittly/TidGi-Mobile/issues/33#issuecomment-1902746889 解决了

之前这类系统条目都存在 json 里，无法更新。
