bug: 所见即所得编辑器无法加载内容 #7

Description 描述

可能和懒加载的方式有关，虽然太记桌面版也是懒加载，但可能有哪里不一样？难道是有字段没删干净，让所见即所得编辑器不加载内容？

Steps to Reproduce 复现方式

对于一个已经完成懒加载的条目，打开所见即所得编辑器

加载完成后，_is_skinny 字段没有被删掉，有这个字段时，所见即所得编辑器就是空的。
