Sometime changes are not fully saved #2

Occur in text and title, sometimes when draft is editing, even create 3000+ files.

改成用 https://github.com/Jermolene/TiddlyWiki5/blob/c05c0d3df66e587f35c5cd3eedcac432b1eed012/core/modules/server/routes/get-status.js 这样的 API，轮询它来知道目前是否需要从服务端拉取更新。
