Don't receive mouse scroll on view mode. #17

ENable this when pressing some button, like ctrl.

Or provide minimap and zoom button.

Otherwise will prevent scroll down in the page.

now need to add focus="yes" to the whiteboard widget to enable mouse and shortcut. Default enable in the whiteboard layout.
