在插件1和插件2同时存在的情况下，插件1会导致插件2的全局搜索，无效。删除插件1后，插件2的全局搜索就好了

修的时候，顺便支持一下搜索 Caption 和 keyword ，用 ExtraOperators 里的 su search 来搜
