'Refused to set unsafe header "Content-Length"' errors when saving a Tiddlyspot site #172

Investigation needed. I'm not sure what the impact is, or how to fix it.

It looks like the save still succeeds, even with the error, so perhaps the impact is minimal.

The error does also happen in Firefox: "Attempt to set a forbidden header was denied: Content-Length"
