Add prerelease empty dynamically rather commit it in the repo #176

I want to avoid "Updated prerelease build" commits in the git history. Ideally the prerelease build would always be the latest available.

Could be fetched at build time, but fetching it more frequently would be better.

So now it is fetched at build time, but that's still not very frequent. Will keep this open to fetch it more regularly.
