Upgrade postgres #184

We're current using postgres 13 and the new latest image (with 14) gives the following:

2021-10-04 16:58:15.614 UTC [1] FATAL:  database files are incompatible with server            
2021-10-04 16:58:15.614 UTC [1] DETAIL:  The data directory was initialized by PostgreSQL version 13, which is not compatible with this version 14.0 (Debian 14.0-1.pgdg110+1).
