Separate Tiddlyspot code from Tiddlyhost code somehow #188

There'll never be another Tiddlyspot instance, so if anyone ever does want to use this code, the Tiddlyspot code is just clutter. I should try to have a "Tiddlyhost core" (or something) that is 100% clean of Tiddlyspot code.
