Provide a list of different "editions" to select from when creating a site

This idea is similar to Tiddlyspot's which allowed choosing from several "flavors".

One question is how to maintain a stable, (perhaps tested), version of the edition. It seems like it should be something maintained in a dedicated github repo.

I think this is likely to be closed out in favor of the new "templates" functionality described in #266 .
