I'm seeing confirmation emails rejected by email servers, e.g.:
The response from the remote server was: 550 High probability of spam
I'm not sure what typical criteria is for classifying email as spam, but maybe there's something we can do to reduce the liklihood.
As well as server rejection there's also client based spam filtering.
