Allow publishing tiddlyhost sites under a custom domain name #234

It would be awesome to use a custom domain name to refer to a tiddlyhost site.

Maybe this could be a paid option.

Yeah it's a cool idea. FYI this is already filed at #145 so I'll close this one as a duplicate.
