It appears identical to tiddlyhost.com which might be misleading to users. I think ideally tiddlyhost.com has its own "brand" distinct from other sites running tiddlyhost code.
Figuring out how to separate the tiddlyhost.com branch from the tiddlyhost application code is the goal of this issue.
There is other stuff like the subscription details, the privacy policy, the donation links, etc, that should not be part of a distributable Tiddlyhost container image, so there's a bit more than just the branding.
