RFC: Request for adding "Other Edit" options #334

The TiddlyHost is only site owner can edit now, I have a RFC that someone if have accounts, can allow any account to edit the wiki. This is my suggestion:

Site owner can set someone have permission:
- Edit (Require Approval)
- Edit (Needn't Approval)
- Approval a Request
- Give other permissions
Permission owner's account can do that things.
