After creating a new note in blip, note dialog should dismiss

After you create a new note, the "create new note" dialog stays up, and it's pretty subtle that the new note got creates (no animation or confirmation). Better, I think: Create the note, animate the new note text into the "sticky" note area, and close the dialog.

Yes, after clicking "Post" the Sticky icon should appear and the dialog box should disappear. @jebeck
