So this isn't the app running into an error, as far as I can tell. The viewport just stops being scrollable, and then I can't go anywhere if the main or tideline navbars aren't in view.
Happens to me quite often (but not 100% replicable) when I splat-P to try to print from Settings page, then cancel out of the print dialog.
