Automatically redirect http to https #61

Currently, if you go to http://blip-pilot.tidepool.io it just sits and looks broken because I forgot https. We should automatically redirect to https.

Same happens for notes.tidepool.io.

Nominating for P2 for fix during the pilot.

@HowardLook was this discussed at a backlog planning meeting? Process for applying a P2 label is to first put it on the backlog, then nominate it for discussion. When consensus is reached around prioritization, it will get the appropriate label. I suggest we move this to the backlog and keep the "Nominate for Discussion" label.

I added "Backlog" label to be consistent with Trello, but will await confirmation from @HowardLook before removing the P2 label.

Nope we haven't discussed at backlog planning yet. I was nominating it for a P2, but if process is to not apply priority until discussion I am fine with that, too.

Fwiw, I'm a +1 on this eventually ending up back in P2.
