Logged out of notes app every time I open or close window in phone #76

This is really frustrating when using the app. I thought we came to the conclusion that this wouldn't happen?

There are a couple of parts to this

1- the long-term token system that has just been added that means clamshell is authorised for 30 days (as opposed to 1 hour currently)

2 - when we moved some functionality into the platform client we lost the saving of the token so that the user doesn't have to login every time. Now we have the long lived token we can re-add this.
