runservers uses tide-whisperer instead of pool-whisperer #14

@kentquirk these are the changes to make runservers use tide-whisperer instead of pool-whisperer.

It works locally, so hopefully all is well. I'm not sure if there is another place that I should update to indicate that you need to install go, but if there is, can you point me to it?
