Addition of things to exercise new styx a bit more #16

@kentquirk @jh-bate These are changes to the runservers stuff that uses some of the new styx configs.

I've included some ssl files as well, 'cause I've found a general need for them every once in a while. They are a self-signed key and cert.

Are you guys ok with including this?
