Groupedit tool #5

@cheddar, could use your help on this one.

Tool functions well on a local install with runservers, but is failing in my attempt to deploy it on coo. I'm pretty sure it's configuration but I need to talk to you about it in the morning.

It's on the coordinator in a parallel folder to shio. If you do cd ~/tools/groupedit, you can try this:

lib/tidepool-groupedit.js --group=patients --user=kent@tidepool.org

It hangs a minute or so waiting for hakken but there's nothing there.

This is now ready to merge. The tool is functional and deployed on the shio coordinator.
