Basically what it says.

I haven't removed the alpine_phantomjs_dependencies/dockerized-phantomjs.tar.xz file, as we rely on this for our Node.js-based Docker builds.

Should we leave this here, or should we migrate this over to our new development repo and update the images to pull from there?
