Addresses UPLOAD-1114.

@krystophv I decided that while we're busy updating the driver packages and retesting them, I might as well add the USB driver for the upcoming Accu-chek Guide Link support in UPLOAD-1120. I should've thought of this before sending it for code review, sorry!
