[TIMOB-24614] Extract implementations from nested frameworks #211

Makes sure to properly extract the implementation from nested sub-frameworks. This now uses a unified function for both system and third-party frameworks, although iTunes connect is likely to reject apps that contain nested third-party frameworks anyway.
