When ios build fails an xcodebuild step, fail everything.
Peg ios build to xcode-9.
Update package-lock.json. Make use of ensureNPM() and npm ci in the Jenkins build.

I see TIMOB-26241 with this build, but it might be the same for previous 3.1.0 builds.

EDIT: Seems to be iOS 11.4 specific, fixed that in an own PR. This one is looking (and working) good!

EDIT 2: We need this for master as well.
