I'm keeping to the babel 6 packages here. Babel 7 will be done separately. Figured it was worth it to replace wrench with fs-extra while I was here though

Looks like moving to bat worked, now you need to uncomment out the ios/android parts of the build again ;)

@infosia I think this is ready to merge now. I've filed TIMOB-26568 to update the babel packages here.
