[TIMOB-25861] Transpile user code

Requires <transpile>true</transpile> to be enabled in the tiapp
Switches from spawning liveview server start, to directly using the FServer lib so we can pass in the transpile options directly (passing in as command options would be messy)

Looking through previous issues, ALOY-1296 and TIMOB-15009 stand out as potential issues, I've tested both and they work fine, also tested KitchenSink-v2 and studentenfutter and no issues have been seen

This will need a rework once the plugin to fix https://jira.appcelerator.org/browse/TIMOB-26403 is merged in
