Committer Nomination: Hans Knöchel #25

I nominate Hans Knöchel for commit access to all TiDev repos. He's been a former Appcelerator/Axway employee and long time contributor to Titanium. He's contributed to Titanium's iOS platform among other things.

Upon joining the TiDev committers, he can assist with tackling the roadmap.
