update Android library to 16.0.0 (https://github.com/facebook/facebook-android-sdk/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md)
removing LoginBehavior.WEB_VIEW_ONLY
split up builder for ShareLinks. Only add placeId and Ref if not null (could fix https://github.com/tidev/ti.facebook/issues/368 - have to create a test for it)

(untested, just wanted to put the file here for other users)
