chore(android): remove old code #14053

removing some old code that is not used anymore:

fastdev: not used, returns -1 and false anyways
threadStackSize: not used anymore
useLegacyWindow: not used anymore
analyticsEvents: are gone
some old TiC Android variable names (min sdk is 21)
