Replace hardcoded values in FixturesController with configuration from a settings screen #2

FixturesController currently has hardcoded values about the sales channel to be used and other things. This should be made configurable from the Admin Settings for this plugin.

We can work without a plugin by reading fixture data from the Sitemap.
