Here are the paks i got working. There are a few more paks that work, but they have miscellaneous issues, so i didn't add them.
NXEngine is missing, because Shaun is going to add native game support as a pak itself; that includes Cave Story.
I updated the readme too. (I also changed doom2.wad to doom.wad/freedom.wad, since the former creates issues)
Sorry about the many commits, i always found some stupid details i needed to change. Gonna be a lot more thorough in the future.
