Callout notes for R chapters with reference to sibling chapter #88

Added references to the R chapter to each sibling chapter of the Python version

@voigtstefan I think it is better to use Quarto links and relative paths (suppose we migrate domain at some point): [here](../python/beta-estimation.qmd) instead of [here](https://www.tidy-finance.org/python/beta-estimation.html). The former link is then rendered to the latter by Quarto.

Good point, makes much more sense. Implemented with the latest commit.
