[x] replace expect_is for expect_type, expect_s3_class, expect_s4_class https://testthat.r-lib.org/reference/expect_is.html?q=expect_is#null
[x] update arg name from tol to tolerance
[x] remove usage of expect_equivalent for expect_equal
