Next hardhat release? #179

Hello! I recently reported a bug (#173) that you kindly and quickly patched! Thank you!

I found the bug while creating a new package, and I am about to make its release. Is there a planned release of hardhat in the near future? If so, I'll delay my release to depend on the latest hardhat version to avoid the bug.
