Allow `create_modeling_package()` to switch between regression/classification #94

It would change a few of the template files by tweaking some documentation and would also change the name of spruce functions and predict implementation functions.

For now im ok with this mainly being for regression. It gets users "most of the way", and even for regression models there is plenty of tweaking that you'd have to do anyways
