Support `dplyr` groups for calibration functions #53

Adds support for dplyr groups in the logistic and windowed functions. Break functions already supported it
For plots, the dplyr groups will be used as color and fill aesthetics. Rugs are switched from aesthetic color, to dark gray
Plots failed if the table has more than one dplyr group
Adds tests for dplyr grouped
