Support for grouped df and `tune_results` #60

Adds support for dplyr groups in estimate functions, and cal_apply()
Adds support for tune_results object in estimate functions, and cal_apply()
If a prediction var is passed, then it will get adjusted based on the new probabilities, this will occur automatically for tune_results object
Adds tests for new functionality
