Spring clean 2023 #134

@mikemahoney218 This PR is part of our spring cleaning week where we try to keep the unexciting things up to date. This pkg was pretty much good to go already anyway. Here are some light changes to keep things up to date. Most of it is related to the RStudio to Posit rebrand, but I think also the rest is uncontroversial. I left the more invasive items open in case you want to tackle them! (Or not want to, of course.) Not all necessarily apply, but I removed the items that don't apply.
